- Hartsfield-Jackson International is the world’s busiest airport with 26 airlines serving 85 million annual passengers. The airport complex includes the Terminal Building and Concourses T, A, B, C, D and E – the international concourse. Within these concourses there are 148 domestic and 28 international gates operating on 5 parallel runways. There are 32 passenger airlines serving Atlanta as well as 16 all-cargo airlines.
- The airport’s underground, automated people mover connects all concourses with the terminal and consists of nine, 4-car trains operating on a 3.5 mile loop track. The time between trains is approximately 2 minutes.
- Thirty shuttle services offer door-to-door and on-demand pickup service in the Atlanta metropolitan area and bordering states. The airport houses 11 rental car agencies with free shuttle service to and from the airport. The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is located on the west end of the terminal between Terminal North and South baggage claim areas.
